Encinitas Residence
Project Status: Completed 2011
This southern California remodel completely rearranged the interior of a 1930's coastal residence. The original house was comprised of small, dark, awkwardly partitioned rooms. By opening the kitchen, dining, and living rooms to one another, a large central area was created which helps the home feel more spacious.
