Unfinished garage space was reclaimed to house a variety of new functions. The owners requested a small study, guest sleeping quarters, family room, bathroom with shower, laundry area and plenty of storage. Creating an open, light-filled progression of spaces was key in linking these functions together and departing from the former cave-like feeling of the garage.
